I purchased these fins (size regular) specifically for travel since they are shorter than my slingshots. I tried them out in the pool while training new divers and the fins were very comfortable and fit great with my 3mm booties. I believe they will also have enough room to use my hard sole booties for Bonaire dives. They are size regular (initially ordered a small 5-7 which would not fit any type of dive bootie). I wear a women's size 7 bootie. The pictures attached will show the teal color is NOT what is depicted in the images provided by the seller but they are still very pretty fins. Maybe Aqualung had variations in the color over the years before discontinuing the product. The initial size small were also the same color variation in my attached photos, not what the seller shows.Overall these fins are very comfortable to swim in and have decent propulsion. I may try them in my next divemaster swim test for the 800 yard mask, fins, snorkel portion. Despite the color variation, these are keepers.I have thoroughly enjoyed these fins since receiving them. They are compact (small enough to fit into carry-on luggage) but their design delivers an extra punch via a set of power bands on each fin. These bands are adjustable in two settings (setting 1 is less resistance than setting 2). I use mine on setting 1 and they propel me through the water with the same efficiency as longer fins. The "regular" size fits my 10.5 D feet perfectly and they are an absolute breeze to put on. I found that putting them on in the water with one hand was very simple and keeps me from duck walking to the water when diving from the beach. They are very comfortable, without booties, even after hours of snorkeling. These are well made and well designed fins that I would recommend to anyone. I just ordered a pair for my wife.I just received (speedy shipping) yesterday. They fit perfectly...barefoot only. I really don't have room for a dive boot or a swim sock, but the rubber is soft and the pocket was designed to be worn in bare feet. I love the look of these. I watched a SimplyScuba.com review of them, and they were excited about the tech features on the fin. My only wish, would be if the fin strap was actually adjustable to allow a little bit more customization. It's not a deal breaker for me, though.I haven't used yet. I have ScubaPro split fins, and I wanted an Aqua Lung fin to use for diving where there is more current. I am going to Roatan in a few weeks, I plan to use these there. I'll update in June.Bought these fins for my 11 y/o daughter but sent them back. These fins are very heavy and clunky feeling compared to competitors and unfortunately, the smallest size is still too big.I bought these in preparation for a SCUBA/NITROX certification course I attended a month or two ago. I bought them blindly, not knowing really what to expect but a guy that works with me told me his wife had the same ones, so I went out on a limb and trusted him. These didn't disappoint! We dove in both the ocean (with strong current) and in at Vortex Springs in Florida, with calmer waters. They were great for both! They provided just enough power for my legs (I'm 5'5, 120lbs, workout a few times a week). I wasn't struggling at all when using them, and the heel pull was great for someone super clumsy as I, making it much easier to slip them on and off. The color, of course, was super cute and I would definitely recommend these to any beginners looking for a cute/decently priced set of fins. :)Great fins for travel and love the color!Great for traveling. Light weight and don’t have to worry about packing boots tooThese fins are great for travel. Hard to wear with booties, can get water socks in them but not booties. They fit great without anything and deliver good propulsion like a full sized fin. We did end up purchasing other fins for use in colder water.
